Damien's academic background is in Electronics and Music Technology, from which he secured a position with Central Independent Television as a Technical Operator, specialising in live television.

With operational skills developed in the cut-and-thrust environment of Television News mixing, he's quite used to working to tight delivery deadlines...

Before joining The Audio Suite as an assistant Dubbing Mixer, Damien was a Studio Manager for BBC World Service, mixing live and pre-recorded packages to air and collating reports from the far reaches of the globe, wherever BBC reporters may be filing content from.

Now a dubbing mixer in his own right, Damien contributes fully to The Audio Suite's mixing rosta, with credits that include The Gadget Show and 5th Gear.

Away from the studios, his constant companion would appear to be his prized Fender Stratocaster, interestingly custom-painted in a Paisley Pink pattern.
